How to Delete Your Data from Mikalab

Delete your account completely. Sign in to Mikalab, open Your account name → Personal details and click "Delete account". We will delete the account, products, avatars, scripts, creatives and connected Meta tokens within 30 days. Payment documents are kept as long as required by tax legislation.

Disconnect only the Meta ad account. In Mikalab, open Settings → Integrations and click "Disconnect". The access token is deleted immediately, and campaign data loaded from Meta within 30 days. Your creatives and scripts will remain.

Remove Mikalab via Facebook. On Facebook, open "Settings & privacy" → "Settings" → "Business integrations", select Mikalab and click "Remove". If you choose to delete data, Meta will pass the request to us, and we will delete the data received via Meta within 30 days.

Contact us. If something does not work, write to support@mikalab.online from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion". We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days.
